Thanks for being here! Sachi Sacral was born from a deep passion to support women through every stage of life — from first bleed to postpartum, and every sacred cycle in between. As a doula and herbalism student specializing in Women's Health, I’m on a lifelong journey to study the healing traditions of my roots and beyond — drawing wisdom from Hawaiian plant medicine, Traditional Chinese medicine, and the ways of curanderas and indigenous healers. I created this space to reconnect women with their bodies, their rhythms, and the earth. Through self-study, ancestral remembering, and devotion to holistic care, Sachi Sacral is my offering — a haven where wombs are honored, nature is our guide, and community is medicine.
